Raspberry and hazelnut shortbreads....
The shortbread can be made in advance and then served on the night. Generously filled with vanilla flavoured whipped cream and fresh raspberries these make a dainty dessert. The biscuits are also great served with yogurt or ice cream.

These wonderfully indulgent meringue hearts are sure to melt your Valentine’s heart.
They have been piped into shape; if you don’t have a piping bag, spread into heart shapes with a round-bladed knife. The meringues can be made the night before and kept in cool dry place.
Add the cream and raspberries about 45 minutes before serving.

Organic Vegan Chocolate Mousse...
Serves 6
This tastes just like a conventional chocolate mousse made with eggs and cream, and yet it’s completely vegan! I don’t think anyone will guess the main ingredient is avocado, unless you tell them.
The coconut oil helps to firm up the texture, and the agave syrup supplies the sweetness; alternatively, you could use pure maple syrup.

7 miles warm up rep session at running club and cool down, felt a cold coming on again! :(
Wednesday-
Day off with the weather turning cold and coughs and colds around I've felt really under the weather today.Head spinning and shaking,nose blocked. I just hope I'm ok for Zumba tomorrow...
