Running


Goals.....

1. To run a under 50 min 10k,not done one yet then my next one 45 mins ....

2. To run a under 2 hours half marathon,then a 1h.50 mins....

3. To lose a stone in weight,then another.....

4. To run a 200 miles month, not got there yet!...Completed September 2011

5. To run every day for a month and nothing stopping me....July 2011 completed

6. To run christmas eve in a santa hat and not be ill or looking after everyone because the last 2 years weve been ill and was going to do it this year but was so busy!! and forgot !! ....

7. To only have cakes on a saturday and cut down on all things bad for me....

8.To cut down on alcohol......

long term goals....but not until i'm in my 40's.....

1.London Marathon........

2.New York Marathon....
