I love the six items or less challenge website which i found late last year.The experiment is simple: each participant gets to choose six (and only six) items of clothing and pledge to wear only these six items of clothing for 30 days.

I took park in cycle 2 which started in January for 30 day and this was my 6 below...



Looking back these 6 were boring and hard to make look different but they did keep me warm being January and as i never wore my jumpsuit as it was really a warm weather outfit i did it in 5....

This experiment changed me so much...

1. I never knew what a blog was...

2. I realised i have to many items i don't wear...

3. To stop buying cheap clothes that don't last....

4. To be more creative with the clothes i do have...

5.To clear thing out i don't need....

6.To stop worrying what people think of you....

7. People really don't notice if you've had the same clothes on every day....

8.To be more creative with accessories,belts,shoes...

9.To dress up more,it really is fun...

10. To like myself more and to take photo's...

11. I have gain so much more confidence instead of being little shy me.

12. Love taking photos which i never did...

And now look at me,i have my own blog,taking photo's and being more creative...

March 28th Cycle 3 came around so i decide to give it another go,but this time i pick my six more wisely so i wouldn't get bored....


It's not all hard work there are exceptions that don’t count towards the six: undergarments, swim wear, work-out clothes, work uniforms, outer wear (rain slicker, outdoor jacket), shoes and accessories. You can get multiples of the same item for laundry purposes, but different colors count as separate items....
I made over 30 outfit this time around....
