I love peanut butter and here is a few of the milkshakes and smoothies I have been making lately!!
Me and my children love, love, love milkshakes!!
After reading that our favourite fast food milkshakes have 26 sugar cubes in one milkshake, we decided to try and make some healthier milkshakes.
Nutty Chocolate Banana Milkshake:
Serves 1 large 2 small
What you need:
- Half a pint of semi skimmed milk
- 1 Large ripe banana
- 2 Tablespoon Crunchy Hazelnut spread
Method:
- Put the milk, chopped banana and Crunchy Hazelnut spread in a blender or smoothie maker.
- Mix for 1 minute in a blender or 30 seconds in a smoothie maker and 30 seconds on smooth.
- Sieve if you don't like bits in and serve straight away.
- Enjoy :)
Serves 1 large 2 small

- 6-8 Strawberries
- 1-2 tablespoon Dark chocolate spread

- Put the milk, chopped strawberries and dark chocolate spread in a blender or smoothie maker.
- Mix for 1 minute in a blender or 30 seconds in a smoothie maker and 30 seconds on smooth.
- Sieve if you don't like bits in and serve straight away.
- Enjoy :)

- Sieve if you don't like bits in and serve straight away.

- Few drops Vanilla extract
- Half a pint of semi skimmed milk
- Put the milk, chopped banana, Jam and vanilla extract in a blender or smoothie maker.
- Mix for 1 minute in a blender or 30 seconds in a smoothie maker and 30 seconds on smooth.
- Sieve if you don't like bits in and serve straight away.
