Sunday Runday..



This weeks word~Sorry!!

You are not running London marathon...



Last week my daughter did here first Parkrun 5km run...

And this week she knock well over a minute off her time...


Last Saturday my son got a PB at park run an amazing under 24 minutes for 5km!!

This week he did a schools race...


 Last week I pulled my shorts out of storage and went for it at Parkrun.

 Best time this year and knock nearly 2 minutes off the same course 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I was a little slower, only 22 seconds slower than last week though. It was raining and I was so hot in a woolly hat I put on to protect my new hairstyle!?!


Nice to get back upto 5 miles...

30 minutes Spinning class
45 minutes Body sculpture class
Tuesday~
3 miles run
Wednesday~
3 miles run
Thursday~
1 hour body pump class
3 miles run
Friday~
Day off
Saturday~
5km Parkrun
Sunday~
Day off


Now I know I am not in London, I need to make new goals ...

Plans and stick to them...
