Gradually getting back into running this week. My fall last Sunday in the woods has not helped me with getting out running! I have been in pain all week from the fall, so it has not been fun. Especially as I landed on a rock, onto my bum! Ouch it hurts to sit... After a week it still hurt to sit down.
As they say "no pain no gain" so I have been forcing myself to go out and keep motivated. Going out running when limping too. Also running with one leg shuffling behind. Still getting out though. A swim on Monday help ease the pain a little. A few relaxing spa's at the gym and saunas have helped too.

- 4.5 miles run
- 3 mile am with hubby
- 2 miles pm with son
23.5 miles ran this week with a mile swim and a spinning class thrown in :)
Onwards and upwards...
