Mixed Fruit Smoothie...



We love smoothies and milkshakes here and the best thing is you can use any fruit you have in at the time...



Ingredients:
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 150g Banana ( medium)
  • 100g Strawberries
  • 25g Peach slices
  • 25g pinapple chunks
  • 150 ml skimmed milk
  • Few ice Cubes

Method:
  • Place in a blender or smoothie maker
  •  Blitz until smooth.
