Oven Cooked Eggs And Sausages..

Serve the with warm toast and butter..

Serves 1-12
1 x 12 hole muffin tin

Per egg:

• 1 spray cooking spray
• 1 Frozen cocktail sausage
• 1 Slice of mushroom
• 1 egg
• Grated cheese
• Salt and pepper

Method:

1. Pre heat oven to 190c /Gas mark 5 / 375f ( total cooking time 24-26 minutes).
2. Spray each muffin hole you will be using with cooking spray.
3. Add 1 cocktail sausage and 1 slice of mushroom to each hole.
4. Cook in the pre heated oven for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the tray and place one egg in each hole, sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper.
6. Cook for around 14-16 minutes depending on how you like your egg.
7. Serve with warm toast and butter.
