In my spare time, I love to get outdoors and keep fit. If I am not walking the dog, or running, I love to go out for a bike ride. Looking for the downhill and flat if I can!
Sometimes fitting everything in is hard work. So when I am short on time, I combine a few of these elements in one go. A run to the gym, with a spinning class in the middle, then a run home.
Ideally I like to wear the correct clothing for each activity. Joggers on for a walk.. Running tights on for a run.. Something nice and warm for the bike!! It is difficult to get something that is suitable for biking. I have always found cycling gear to be really expensive. Even though you usually pay top dollar for things they often don't keep you warm and are not very breathable.
