Aldi's Fitness Range : Review...

It is that time of year when we set ourself new goals. Then spend all way through January, trying to keep up with them.

I am happy to say my new years fitness routine is going well. I have ran everyday since the the 1st of January and my running has starting to feel good again.

Last week I managed to do 3 miles a day. Everyday. This week it is time to add a little more miles on.

I wish I could say my diet was going as good too, but with lots of treats still in from Christmas its is hard not to sneak a biscuit here a chocolate there!

Can't win them all though!? The extra miles will burn some of the calories off!?

Can you spot my running partner getting in on the above picture!?

Last week I was excited to be asked by Aldi to try out some of their new fitness clothes. I am a big fan of Aldi's exercise clothes as I know I am going to get good quality clothing at a great price. I am always keeping an eye out for when their running clothes come in-store on Specialbuys.

When I am feeling a little fed up with running I love to buy some new fitness clothes. They always motivate me to get out the door and do some exercise. If you feel good about yourself you are more likely to go out and exercise.

Here is me trying out my new fitness gear. I am very pleased they all fit nice and feel so comfortable. Shows I have not put to much weight on over Christmas!

Ladies Yoga Sweatshirt/Crossover Top:
  • Offers freedom of movement
  • Drawstring hood with ties
  • Soft hand feel
  • 2 hand-in pockets
  • £9.99
This yoga top feels real quality. It is a nice fit. It has a lovely and soft feel about it. One to keep you nice and warm before yoga or the gym and after exercise when you are on a cool downs.

Ladies Functional Sports Bra:
  • Spacer cups
  • Breathable
  • £5.99
This bra feels a nice and snug fit, holding everything in place as you are moving throughout your workout. You can remove the straps at the front of the bra, to fit your style of workout tops. It is a very flattering style bra.

Ladies Active Fitness Capri:
  • Zipped back pocket
  • Regulates body moisture
  • £7.99
These feel very comfortable on and again feel really good quality. The material feels lovely and soft. They are a great fit with a nice cross over style on the waistband. A zip pocket in the back to keep you keep safe on a run.

2 pack Pilates Socks/Yoga Socks:
  • Size 4-8
  • Slip resistance
  • Elasticated straps
  • £3.49
I have not had anything like these before. They are so sweet. Very comfortable and I can see how nice they would be to wear in a yoga class. Years ago I wore socks to my yoga class and kept slipping all over. You would not slip in these with the slip resistance dots on the bottom of the socks. These socks are perfect to wear at any exercise class or if you are doing a fitness dvd at home where you have a wooden, tiled or lino floor and you do not want to wear your trainers. These will help you stop you slipping about.

All above in store now but you have to be quick with these price tags!!

I was sent these samples to review. All thoughts are my own. I was not paid for this post.
