Hello everyone!! How is your Summer going? Good I hope!!
We are out and about most days, seemingly walking miles. It is always nice to go walking, especially on a Sunny day in the countryside. Mollie our Border Collie enjoys the extra walking too.
Like most dogs She loves walkies!!

Like most dogs She loves walkies!!
Mollie is very good at time keeping and around 8am and 2pm she starts running around, jumping at the door and giving out sweet "take me to the park" looks at anyone who walks by her.
Trouble is, it is not like going out to play as such. She treats her time at the park, as a job! Being a Sheepdog she thinks it is her duty to round the frisbee up and bring it back to me.
She is car mad and always tries to chase them. She tries to round the cars up. This must be the sheepdog instinct in her! She has only seen sheep once in Bakewell but was not interested in rounding them up!
She never switches off from working, until I take the frisbee off her and hide it away. Then she goes back on the lead and enjoys her walk. I can never go to the park without her frisbee or she behaves like a spoilt child!!
Mollie in one of her I want to play moods!!
I always class her walks as fun. I play with her and she works hard to chase the frisbee then brings it back.. but for Mollie as I said it is her vocation. We play more with the ball when we come home. She is relaxed then and loves to chill out and relax.
A few weeks ago MORE THAN asked me if I would: Pledge to Play More? In their Play More Pledge
Have you heard of this challenge!?
What you need to join in the fun is simply pledge to play more.
Spend an extra 15 minutes per day playing with your dog or cat. It will benefit your pet by making them happier, healthier and they will love you even more. You will also notice it cheers you up and makes you take a minute to appreciate your pet and the great time you spend together.
More Than will donate £1 to the RSPCA for each pledge made via their website. You can also upload to Twitter and Facebook afterwards too and state you’re taking part in the @MoreThan #PlayMore pledge along with a photo of you playing with your pet to encourage others to do the same. This will help the RSPCA reach their £20,000 goal to build a sensory garden for rescue dogs and fund a cattery refurbishment. So there’s benefits all over the place!
So, in order to donate £1 to the RSPCA, you’ll need to upload a picture of you and your dog/ your dog to the page: More Than : Play More Pledge and then, afterwards, you have the opportunity to share this on Facebook and Twitter to encourage others to do the same!

How lovely.
Easy to join in the fun too. I shared a photo of Mollie with her frisbee in my pledge to play more as this is her favourite toy.
MORE THAN kindly sent me and Mollie some toys to play with. Helping us with our pledge to play more.
I have always wanted some agility training toys for Mollie as she is a sheep dog and I know how good they are at this.

It was lovely of them to let me pick which toys I would like to play with Mollie.
Mollie is more than happy to help open any parcels!! We got 3 different agility toys to play with. First up the tunnel.
We have had so much fun playing with Mollie and her tunnel this afternoon. So many laughs too. You can check out My Instagram stories for more fun!!
Mollie is not too sure about the tunnel so we popped her toys inside and some treats. She enjoyed us playing with her and keeps going out for more fun. Did I mention she gets obsessed with things!?
We also got sent a Whistle (a dog GPS tracking system similar to the FitBit) to try out. I am looking forward to sitting down and reading how to track mollie steps. All busy busy and not had a minute!! With Mollie and the children off school!!
We still have 2 more toys to play with. High jump and long jump!!
Keep a look out over the next week or so for how Mollie goes on with them. I think trying to learn her too much in one day will tire her out, and me!!
About this post:
I was sent some toys for Mollie to join in the play more pledge challenge. All thoughts are my own. I was not paid for this post. Thanks for supporting the brands that I work with.
