How has your weekend been? Good, I hope. We have had a fun weekend here. It was cross-country racing for the youngest two no Saturday, so lots of muddy fun!!

I love nachos!! Nachos with melted cheese, sour cream & guacamole splattered on top, being my favourites. Yummy!!
