- 4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 stick of lemongrass, finely chopped
- 50g fresh coriander, chopped
- 2 limes, juice and zest
- 2tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1tsp ginger, grated
- 1tbsp honey
- ½ red chilli, de-seeded, grated
- 1tsp vegetable oil
Method:
- Mix together all the marinade ingredients then add the chicken, tossing well to ensure each piece is well coated.
- Leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers then grill or bbq for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked.
- Serve the kebabs with salsa.
