Yeh I've been featured in this months edition of Red Magazine (April) in an article called "What's your health score?" .
Me on the left of the picture described as " The sugar snacker" ( wonder where they get that idea from lol ). I am really please with the feature, interview and pictures although part of me thinks I look as though I'm trying to be the Prime Ministers wife!! haha .
I went to London a few weeks back for the photo shoot and here is me wearing Jimmy Choo shoes and a next skirt, not sure where the top is from. It was great to hold the shoes for a moment as I've never ever tried a pair of Jimmy Choo on or even seen any before. Not sure I could walk in them for long though....

This week I manged my longest run ever, with the help of my friend. We ran for 19 miles and although I got stich half way around, was very very tired and had a bad headache all day, I was very pleased with my run.
I felt great the day after especially with spending 3 and a half hours on my feet.I thought I would suffer..
One of my recovery snack after my long run ( I did have a bit of sweet things first!! ) ...
