Fruit Smoothie..



Fancy a nice smoothie made with milk, banana, raspberries, blueberries apricots and fromage frais?



Serves 1 large

Ingredients
  • 1 medium Banana
  • 100g Fresh Raspberries
  • 100g Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 small Apricots
  • 55g Apricot fromage frais
  • 125ml Skimmed Milk

Method
  1. Chop banana, wash raspberries, blueberries place in smoothie maker.
  2. Take stones out of Apricots and add.
  3. Place milk and fromage frais in smoothie maker.
  4. Place settings to mix for 30 seconds.
  5. Then smooth for 30 seconds.
  6. Place through sieve to catch little pips.
  7. Serve straight away.
