Banana Ice Creamy Treat..

As I am planning to start eating more natural and healthy foods in 2016, I decided to make a banana ice creamy treat for today.

Last night I cut 2 ripe banana's up into slices, popped then into a plastic freezer container and left them over night to freeze. Then today all I had to do was pop them into a food processor and combine then until creamy. A real easy to make, tasty and healthy treat!

My running is getting back on track. Today me and Mollie the Border Collie got up early, well not that early with it still being the school holiday but before breakfast and the children got up and did our run.

I have work out the best way for us both to get the most out of our walks. We walk /jog to the park. I let her off the lead and throw her frisbee into the opposite direction to which I am going to run. Mollie runs off to fetches her frisbee then chases back to me, she then runs off in front, to wait for me to throw it all over again.

This way I get a good run and she gets an even better run and a play with her frissbee. When we have nearly finished playing, we have a little run through the wood before going home.

We are both worn out when we have finished!

Back onto the banana treat I had for 2nd breakfast:

Ingredients:
  • 2 Ripe banana's sliced and frozen overnight
Method:
  1. Slice your banana's and place in a suitable freezer container.
  2. Freeze overnight.
  3. Pop the frozen banana into a food processor.
  4. Keep mixing up until all smoothed together.
