Rufford Abbey Country Park : The Wednesday Blog Hop...

Happy Wednesday everyone. Hope you are having a lovely week so far? Welcome to this weeks, The Wednesday Blog Hop. Where you can share any photo posts with us.

Over the school holiday's we took a trip out to Rufford Abbey Country Park in Nottinghamshire. We have never been here before so it was somewhere new for all of us. Even Mollie could come along for a walk and a good sniff!! ( If you do not know, Mollie is my dog btw :))Ha!!

Here are a few pictures from our visit:

Found an apple. I wonder if his name is Adam? Adams Apple?

Metal modern art sculpture called "Highs and Lows" by David Parker.

Pretty in yellow. What a lovely colour!? Reminds me of my kitchen.

The Hand sculpture designed by children and blacksmith Roger Lee.

Thumbs up all around!

The Orangery. Mollie thinks it smells good.

Remember Where's Wally!? Where's Mollie!?

What a lovely rememberable chair from all this lady's family. Made me think of my beautiful Grandma as her name was Ethel too.

How cool are these carved wooden dragons over gateway entrance to play area!?

It was an overcast day and we were short on time, so we did not stay for long. Can not believe we had never visited here before. It is a lovely place to take a walk around. Now we can not wait to go back on a warm Summers day for the day with aa nice little picnic and a visit to the coffee shop.
