Love is in the air everywhere I look around
Love is in the air every sight and every sound
And I don't know if I'm being foolish
Don't know if I'm being wise
But it's something that I must believe in
And it's there when I look in your eyes.♭♮
Happy Valentines Day. Any fun plans for today? Going out or staying in?
We are staying in tonight like we do most Valentine's Day and having a nice meal together later.
Over the last few weeks, I have been working closely with Caorunn Gin over on their website to create some delicious recipes.
The main ingredient being their tasty handcrafted premium Scottish gin.
Delicious.
Today I am sharing a few of the recipes I created for them:
Gin Lovers Recipes And Ideas For Valentines Day.
Hands up who like a nice sweet treat!?
Both my hands are in the air.
I am always a fan of desserts.
First up I made a recipe for Burns night.
You can find my Fruit Shortbread Caramel Trifles Recipe here: Burns Night with a Twist. These tasted delicious, even if I do say so myself!
Scottish shortbread base, Caorunn soaked fruit, whipped cream layered up and topped with a biscuit.
Then a Valentines Day recipe.
Love is in the air, it will be with this treat.
You can find mt Gin, Strawberries, Cookie & Cream Upsidedown Cheesecake Recipe here: Say it with flavour this Valentine’s Day.
